蒂姆提到的 Telegistics 诉 Liquid Networx 案值得关注，而且这个故事还没有结束。 这是德克萨斯州陪审团对商业秘密作出的首例恶意裁决。 下一步，被告（交叉原告）Liquid Networx 将于七月要求支付律师费。

陪审团认为 Telegistics 实际上并不拥有该商业秘密，因此提起恶意诉讼。 DTSA 规定，对于恶意索赔，法院可判给律师费。

虽然这一切对 Liquid Networx 来说听起来很不错，但要获得律师费却相当困难。

不久前，我们（唐突地）讨论了纽约的 TransPerfect 诉 Lionbridge 案，原告在提起诉讼前没有任何证据证明被告存在不当行为。 被告在简易判决中胜诉，但仍未获得律师费。

Teligistics公司诉Liquid Networx案，第2019-15000号，德克萨斯州哈里斯县第190司法地区法院。
