competitor, whereby engaging in wrongful conduct harming
Wells Fargo. The court granted in part and denied in part
Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment on claims related to

wrongful conduct preceding and following their mass departure
to work for competitor McGriff. The court found sufficient
evidence to proceed to trial on certain claims while dismissing
others.
